Blue Moment

Kankuro Haruhara (Tomohisa Yamashita) is a research officer at the Meteorological Research Institute. With his handsome appearance and fresh smile, he appears on the weather segment of a news program. He is also a chief at the SDM (special disaster response) Headquarters, whose purpose is to protect lives from weather disasters. While he is excellent at his work and possesses vast knowledge on meteorology, he is often resented by his colleagues at work due to making biting remarks. Because of Kankuro Haruhara's passion and straightforward mindset on saving lives, he eventually changes how his colleagues view him. Kankuro Haruhara tries to make SDM Headquarters the best that it can it be and he also chases after a mystery.
