On May 25, 2013, a mixed martial arts tournament was held in Moscow on a grand scale under the auspices of the Legend promotion. The American giant, weighing one and a half centners, approached the fight with Alexander with 11 defeats in a row, but at the same time played out his image 100%. He tried to get into a fight at the weigh-in, constantly assumed a very menacing appearance and gave extremely intimidating interviews with loud statements, apparently calling on all his experience in Japanese wrestling to raise the level of interest in the upcoming fight.
