Marco Weigelt of Ramm MMA meets Lars van de Ven from Sandow / Koru Gym in a Men Advanced -80 kg Takedown Wrestling match at RAMM Fighting Series 4 in Ommen, Netherlands. This bout centers on standing grappling, pressure, timing, and the ability to break balance before turning control into a scoring position. The ruleset is designed to level the playing field between different combat sports backgrounds. By bringing Judo, Sambo, BJJ, and Wrestling into the same takedown-focused format, the match keeps the emphasis on clean entries, control, and dominance on the feet. THE RULES First to Three: The first fighter to land three takedowns wins the match. Control to Score: To score, you must force your opponent down on a knee or elbow for three solid seconds. Sudden Death: If time runs out during a tie, the fight continues until the next point takes it all. 📍 Event: RAMM Fighting Series 4 📅 Date: Sunday, June 14, 2026 🇳🇱 Location: Sportschool Emsland, Ommen, Netherlands 🏆 Division: Men Advanced -80 kg ABOUT COMBATNL CombatNL is the premier stage for Dutch combat talent.
