This is how I make my delicious homemade, tender, succulent, Pot Roast with Brown Gravy and Vegetables. I use white potatoes, carrots and celery to compliment this big Chuck Roast. The gravy is brown and luscious. This decadent dish will satisfy your appetite for a tender beef dinner. With a side of my rice , this meal is as appetizing as it comes.
