Raj was well received by the old servant, Rahman, and also by Mr. Khan's motherless daughter, Shathi. However, Khan's only violent son, Danny, does not take Raj lightly. He hates Raj because of his poverty and he avoids any kind of contact with Raj. He cannot even tolerate Raj interacting with his sister Shathi. Amongst these hundreds of odds, their love continues. One day in talks of their marriage it is said that if Raja wants to marry Shathi, he will have to become very rich. Since that day Raja moved to the city hoping to get rich.
