Perfect for a comforting meal! Ingredients: • 6 chicken drumsticks • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp celery salt • 1 tsp Creole seasoning • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • 1 tsp ground black pepper • 1 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp unsalted butter • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour • 1 tbsp minced garlic • ½ green bell pepper, sliced • ½ red bell pepper, sliced • 1 small onion, sliced • 2 cups chicken broth • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix • 1 packet Recipe Secret seasoning mix Instructions: 1. Season the Chicken: • Season the drumsticks evenly with onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, Creole seasoning, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. 2. Sear the Chicken: • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. • Sear the drumsticks until golden brown on all sides (about 4-5 minutes per side), then remove and set aside. 3. Make the Gravy Base: • Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. • Stir in the flour and cook for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown. 4. Sauté the Aromatics: • Add minced garlic, sliced onions, and bell peppers. • Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 5. Build the Gravy: • Pour in the chicken broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. • Mix in the Ranch seasoning and Recipe Secret seasoning. 6.
