Full Recipe: Ingredients: • 2–4 skinless salmon filets • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • ½ tsp salt • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning For the glaze: • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 4 tbsp unsalted butter • ¼ cup honey • 1 tbsp soy sauce ⸻ Instructions: 1. Season the Salmon: In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, lemon pepper, and Old Bay. Generously season both sides of your salmon filets. 2. Sear the Salmon: Heat a bit of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon filets for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
