Ultimate Baked Mac and Cheese Ingredients: • 1 box elbow macaroni • 1 chicken bouillon (for boiling the water) • Salt (for boiling water) • 4 tbsp unsalted butter • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour • 2 cups heavy cream • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp Creole seasoning • ½ tsp ground black pepper • 1 tsp smoked paprika (plus extra for topping) • Salt to taste • 2 oz cream cheese • 1 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Instructions: 1.
