Here are three super easy mug cake recipes! These mug cakes are delicious! If you love cake and want one fast you have to try these recipes. Just follow along to make it, all the ingredient lists are below.Here's what you'll need for each mug cake: Mug Cake 1 - Sprinkle Donut Mug Cake This one reminds me of Homer Simpson's pink sprinkle donut but in a mug cake Ingredients CAKE: 40g (4 tbsp) plain flour (all-purpose for my US friends), heat-treated 30g (2 tbsp) granulated sugar 1/4 tsp baking powder 40ml (3 tbsp) warm water 25ml (1½ tbsp) oil or melted butter 1/2 tsp vanilla extract GLAZE: 15g (2 tbsp) icingsugar (powdered sugar for my US peeps) 1 tsp milk Pink food colouring (optional) Sprinkles, to decorate Microwave on medium (500w) for 1 min 20 Seconds (or untilthere's no wet batter remaining) Remember to check your mug cake around 1 minute or before, to make sure it isn't overflowing (some microwaves pack more of a punch than others) For written instructions see my latest book 'Fitwaffle's No-Bake Baking' Mug Cake 2 - Red Velvet Mug Cake This one is for the red velvet lovers Ingredients CAKE: 45ml (3 tbsp) milk ½ tsp lemon juice or white vinegar 30g (3½ tbsp) plain flour (all-purpose in the USA), heat-treated 25g (1½ tbsp) granulated or caster (superfine) sugar 1/2 tsp cocoa powder 1/8 tsp baking powder 22ml (1½ tbsp) vegetable oil Red food colouring 20g (1½ tbsp) white chocolate chips (optional) FROSTING: 40g (3 tbsp) full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature 15g (2 tbsp) icing sugar (powdered sugar if you're from America)+ extra for dusting Microwave on medium (500w) for 1 min 20 Seconds (or untilthere's no wet batter remaining) Remember to check your mug cake around 1 minute or before, to make sure it isn't overflowing (some microwaves pack more of a punch than others) For written instructions see my latest book 'Fitwaffle's No-Bake Baking' Mug Cake 3 - Cinnamon Swirl Mug Cake I love cinnamon so this one has to be the video, it's one of my favourites Ingredients CAKE: 60g (6 tbsp) pl
