Perfect for dinner, date night, or whenever you want to impress without spending hours in the kitchen. Cooking With Tammy Seasoning: https://cookingwithtammy.shop/ Cowboy Butter (Base Recipe) Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice Zest of 1 lemon 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste) 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp black pepper Salt, to taste Directions: In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. in the fridge to firm up (or roll in parchment into a log for slicing). 🥩 Cowboy Butter Steak Season steak with salt & pepper garlic powder, smoked paprika, and CWT AP-Seasoning. Grill or pan-sear until desired doneness. Top hot steak with a slice of cowboy butter — let it melt into the meat. Garnish with extra herbs. 🍤 Cowboy Butter Shrimp In a skillet, melt 2–3 tbsp cowboy butter. Add 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined. Season with salt, black pepper, and CWT AP-Seasoning Cook until pink and lightly caramelized (2–3 minutes per side). Finish with a squeeze of lemon. 🥔 Cowboy Butter Baby Potatoes Boil the baby potatoes until fork tender. Drain. Brown the potatoes in the skillet until crispy. Melt 3–4 tbsp cowboy butter in a skillet. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
