Sky Sports News understands Konsa has agreed personal terms with the Premier League champions and it is a transfer that could move quickly. Arsenal are currently looking for a new defender with William Saliba out for an extended period of time, with Jurrien Timber also sidelined with a long-term groin problem. Manchester United are close to a full agreement with Brighton to sign Carlos Baleba. The club already have a five-year contract ready for him to sign when the deal is formally concluded.
