Turn The Key & Nothing - No Dash Lights, No Crank, No Start, No Nothing. How to Diagnose

I went to start my car (2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ) and got nothing. No dash lights, no chimes, no crank and no start. Here's how I diagnosed the problem. It turns out my ignitions switch actuator was broken so when I turned the key it didn't send a signal to start the car or turn on the lights (accessories) or anything. I have electrical diagrams (and I'd recommend you use them) but I show that they aren't essential. After getting some clues as to what is working and what is not I tested: the battery, the power control module and fuses, the starter, and ignition switch.
