Failure to capture the first means I cannot capture any Pokemon in the area. 2) I must nickname all Pokemon caught/received 3) If a Pokemon faints then it is considered dead and will be placed in a dead box in the PC Extra Clauses Dupes Clause: If the first Pokemon I see is a Pokemon I already caught then I can capture the next unique Pokemon I find Items Clause: I can only use one HP restoring item per Trainer battle. One time use, emergency item awarded per Gym Badge.
