FiveM Server Review: Ocean State Roleplay

In this video I am reviewing a FiveM server called Ocean State Roleplay. This is a series I am putting together where I go into a random FiveM server and see how well of a role play session I have. Reviewing 4 key aspects. 1: Playability/Optimization of Server, 2: Roleplay Seriousness/Professionalism, 3: Moderation 4: Response Time to 911.
