I like to think I've been around enough gyms in my time that there's very little anyone can throw at me I haven't seen before. But time and time again, my guests always seem to catch me off guard. Take Dave Bautista for example, we were chatting away and he had a Yoga Ball/Exercise Ball under his arm. I thought nothing of it. That was until he pressed it against the wall and started spelling out the Alphabet with his hand as a innovative shoulder warm-up. Yes, Batista doing his ABCs in the gym.
