Clinching Techniques with Kru Gae | Namsaknoi Muay Thai

Gae gave Kaito a hard time in the clinch before Kaito’s fight. Gae was a “Muay Khao” – knee specialist. As a fighter he used to be built lean and lanky just like me :D Clinching is all about understanding momentum and the body’s pivot points, not just about using brute strength. As important as it is to land knees in the clinch, you also need to be able to show control over your opponent’s balance. Here I show 4 techniques in the clinch to break an opponent’s grip, and get into dominant position to trip your opponent off balance.
