A Canadian isolating in British Columbia has tested positive for hantavirus. The province’s top doctor says the patient – a senior from Yukon who was isolating with their partner – developed mild symptoms, including a fever and a headache. The patient is among four Canadian cruise ship passengers isolating on Vancouver Island, following a hantavirus outbreak on board. Nathaniel Dove reports on our top story tonight. A terror plot targeting Jewish sites in three U.S. states has been thwarted. As of Saturday, a suspect is in custody facing numerous terrorism-related charges. The alleged motive? Grievances over the war in Iran. As Candice Cole tells us, the accused is believed to have direct ties to similar operations in Europe, and right here in Canada. In the U.K., thousands of protesters have filled the streets of London as two rival protests unfold – underscoring the country's divisions over domestic and foreign policy. It's all happening as British Prime Minister Keir Starmer's political turmoil deepens.
