Hard Sparring Hockey Player/Fighter

In today's sparring session, I am sparring my old high school buddy, Matt Lafleur with MMA rules. Matt has been training Martial Arts for 8 to 9 years but me and him have been play fighting with each other since we were 15 or 16 years old, starting off playing punch for punch during science class!
