Pokemon Sun and Moon - How To Catch Dratini (Earliest way)

This video explains in-depth where to go to get Dratini in Pokemon Sun and Moon. As long as you have progressed far enough into the game to reach Poni Island and be able to access the Vast Poni Canyon, you will be able to catch Dratini. Follow the path shown in the video and proceed to the spot of bubbling water where you can fish and have a chance of having a Dratini appear. The water has to be bubbling for Dratini to pop up, if it stops bubbling you will have to exit the cave and come back to the spot.
